FIND YOUR SPECIALITY???

          What is SPECIALITY? According to Dictionary.com, specialty is a special subject of study, line of work, area of interest, or the like. Each an every one of us must have our own specialty. I have to admit it. I love photography, sports, arts, technology, mathematics (but not additional mathematics), volunteering, editing photos and videos and many more. So do you. Maybe you are not like me. Maybe you love to surfing, singing, make some research and additional mathematics. Different people, different ability. So trust to yourself and trust to Allah. He knows what’s best for you. Maybe right now you’re not really good in Chemistry, English, Sejarah, Biology, Accountancy and many more subjects that you don’t like. Please trust that there is something in you that can make you be the best one. There’s something BEAUTIFUL in you.

          I have a story that I think we can take the good value in it. The story is about my sister. Let me be honest. I think she is my idol after my mom and dad. She really loves art. I love to see her passion in arts. Every painting she made is so beautiful. She only gets 3A’s in UPSR. She continued her high school at SMK Seri Tanjong, somewhere located near to my house. Next, for first batch PT3, I don’t really remember her result but I wasn’t good. But she just accepted and redha for all of this. Then, for her SPM 2016, she get the one and only A in her result. Guess what? It’s ‘Reka Cipta’ which is her favourite. She still can smile even though her result just like that. Because she know that Allah knows what’s best for her. What she did after SPM? Believe or not. She followed what my mom asked her to do which was continued her study in STPM. Alhamdulillah. She continued in Seni class. Yet now she is waiting for her result in STPM. One day I talked to her:

          Me: ‘What’s your target?’.

My sister: ‘I target for the best, but if Allah don’t allow me to get it, then it’s find I know he knew what’s best for me. And you, if you don’t get straight A’s in your SPM don’t you ever dare to kill yourself. Lol. I’m just kidding. I’m sure you won’t. Just please don’t do something dumb. Please don’t act like you don’t have Allah in your life. Don’t act like you don’t have a god. Anything you get just accept with open heart. Just keep praying and striving for the best and never ever losing faith in Him. Mom and dad will be okay with us. Okay?’

Me: ‘Okay. J’

I’m going to lock her words in my mind. It’s really touched me. I’m so thankful for having her in my life. So for those who reading this. Please mark those words and I hope you guys can take the good things in this story. Especially, those who have same situation same as my sister. Please believe in yourself. Give yourself a second chance. A second chance for you to know how to love yourself again. If you don’t know how, then it’s fine. Don’t be so quick to move forward but take a step back and THINK. And ask yourself. What kind of experience that you want in your life? EXPERIENCE. And from that, InshaAllah you can start again.

          Fire when it’s small, it’s a friend right? But when it’s huge, it’s a enemy.” We’ve heard this before right? But what does it means? It means that too much of something is always going to cost you everything. Too much of smoking can cause you cancer. Too much of eating can cause you diabetes. Too much of sadness is going to cause you to suffer. But it’s okay to be sad for a little while. But to stay in your sadness for the rest of your life is a choice. For me, life is not what had happened to us. It’s what we have done when something came to us. Past is always going to be past. Past can’t be changed. Holding on something you can’t change is insanity. But we have to live in the current, for the sake of your future. If you think you can’t do that, just so you know I believe in you J. So right now, I need you to believe in yourself.
